Rubicon was honored to partner with a Bloomington, Indiana-based restaurant group to bring the legacy of Yogi’s back to life.  The new space houses over 7,000 sq. ft. of restaurant, after previously serving as the home of Scotty’s Brewhouse in downtown Bloomington, Indiana.   Rubicon and its partners brought the iconic sports bar came back to life – featuring over 40 TVs, a vast collection of Indiana University and other sports memorabilia, and local murals and art to complete the design.  The kitchen was completely redone, new equipment was installed, and the entire space was expertly designed to preserve the feel of comfort, belonging, fun and community that the original Yogi’s was known for
