Smoke Works is a Memphis-style dry rub barbecue joint with a silly amount of bourbon, whiskey and moonshine.  The concept was brought to us by a Bloomington, Indiana-based restaurant group with a vision of high design and even better food.   We worked with Bloomington, Indiana-based Tabor Bruce and Indianapolis, Indiana-based Phanomen Design to create this one-of-a-kind eatery.  Located on the downtown square of Bloomington, Indiana, numerous obstacles were overcome while completely gutting an 1800’s era building to deliver the finished product.
