As a real estate development group our focus is on producing luxury residential and commercial properties. In addition, Rubicon offers residential and commercial construction, property management, and brokerage services. Over the years, our hard work and dedication has established us as a premier full-service real estate firm.
OUR STORY
Founded in 2003, Rubicon started with just a handful of campus rental properties and has grown into a full-service real estate company operating in residential and commercial construction, commercial development, property management and brokerage services. Rubicon has taken a measured approach to its growth since the beginning. After a successful run with campus properties, we started in the custom residential home market and immediately made a name for ourselves in the areas we worked as providing high quality products. From there, Rubicon added commercial acquisitions and development spanning retail centers, office buildings, mixed-use, and multi-family projects. Our property management division grew alongside our commercial real estate portfolio, and brokerages services soon followed. Our services are now sought by other developers and contractors interested in bringing the best projects to market.
